What data we collect

When you fill in the quote request form, we collect the data you send us: name, company, email, phone (optional), product information and your message. We do not collect data through profiling cookies.

Why we use it and on what basis

We only use your data to reply to your request and prepare a quote. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, GDPR).

How long we keep it

We keep your data for 24 months from our last contact. If a business relationship follows, the data needed for it is kept for the periods required by law.

Who can see it

Your data is processed by us and by the technical providers we need to run the website: the website and the contact form are hosted by Netlify, Inc. (512 2nd Street, Suite 200, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA), which processes data on our behalf as a data processor.

Your data may therefore be transferred to the United States. Netlify is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and, should that framework no longer apply, relies on the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.

Cookies and statistics

This site uses no profiling cookies and no third-party cookies. To count visits anonymously we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and collects no data that identifies visitors. Your browser only remembers that you closed the information notice (local browser storage, nothing sent to us). Fonts are hosted on our own site and not loaded from external services.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing, or receive it in a portable format, by writing to commerciale@lyspac.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).
